Buyer beware. Within 10 weeks my ring was missing stones - they fell out. Too much $$$ for this *** quality.

Stones fell out. Customer support doesn't care. No fixes, no replacement. They come from overseas so they cant fix.

I have not heard back and I am disappointed. They have a repair department that I sent a text too. How hard is it to answer. Going to fall in love with another jewelry company, they are a dime a doz.

Asking to get three Julie vos bracelets repaired. All three have the same stone and each have lost one stone.

User's recommendation: Ask before you buy about if stones fall out?
